In the case of a purchase from one of our retailer, please contact the shop directly. To simplify the procedures of our customers, we have established an internal system in which the retailer takes care after sale service.

WHICH METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED ?

The payment of your order on pomdapi.fr is completed online by credit card (CB, visa, mastercard) or by Paypal. Payment is completed upon dispatch of your order, once your package is dispatched by our logistics department.

IS THE PAYMENT SECURE ?

Totally. All the information transmitted is secured using official Internet protocols. The website pomdapi.fr does not store Credit Card information ‑ this is saved only on our financial provider's secured server.

We deliver in all the countries belonging to the European Union. Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (not including the Canary Islands, Ceuta y Melilla), Sweden, and the United Kingdom (not including the Channel Islands)

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME ?

Deliveries to France are carried out by Colissimo Suivi. Packages are generally delivered within 2-3 days from the date of dispatch out from our warehouse.

Deliveries to European Union countries are carried out by UPS Saver. Packages are generally delivered within 2-3 days from the date of dispatch out from our warehouse.

Each order is shipped the next day, except for exceptional cases. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday. For traced shipments, you will receive your tracking code by email at the time of shipment.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES ?

Shipping rates depend on the destination, the carrier and the weight of your order. They are calculated and displayed in your cart during the checkout process. We offer shipping from 160€.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN ?

You can return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt. You have to go in the order section of your customer account and select the product(s) you want to send back, specifying if you want an online store credit or a refund to your original method of payment. Original shipping fees are not refund.

Items must be returned in their original condition : unworn, unwashed, unaltered with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels. The return number must be in the box. We will notify you by email once your return is processed.

Orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. Make sure to fill our return form before mailing your return to the address below:
